Firstly, we have reduced waste through optimised production.
Moreover, we don't use glue for the assembly.
Finally, we have worked on the recyclability of these sandals. Having recovered sandals at the end of their lifecycle, we separate the upper (straps) and sole then we grind the sole into granules and re-use 30% of them to make new soles.
Resistant soles for walking trails : Our hiking sandals are designed for use on walking trails. The soles design is the result of long research carried out in our labs. It is composed of a specific rubber formula which optimises grip and traction. Since not all needs are the same for each sandal, we are always looking for the best solution to progress on walking trails.
Our designers have eco-designed these Ecocamp sandals to accompany your occasional hikes on the plain, in the forest or on the coast, in hot and dry weather. Our motivation? We want to offer you sandals that are comfortable, light and grip well in hot weather. Their clever assembly means you can recycle them and reduce their environmental impact.
